• ACFW Press Conference at ICRS

  With the breadth, depth, and reach of Christian fiction continuing to grow, CBA and ACFW (American Christian Fiction Writers—The Voice of Christian Fiction) will present a multi-purpose fiction-centered press conference 11AM on Monday, July 16, in Room W110B during International Christian Retail Show at the Orange County Convention Center.

  Led by ACFW president and prolific author Margaret Daley, ACFW invites media to the announcement of the prestigious 2012 Carol Award finalists. The Carol Awards, named for industry pioneer Carol Johnson, represent the best in Christian fiction in more than a dozen categories published in the previous calendar year.

  In addition to the Carol Award finalists announcement, ACFW’s ICRS press conference will highlight relevant information and insights regarding reader trends and Christian fiction impact.

  Media interview opportunities with ACFW representatives and guest authors will follow the press conference, and a Carol Awards finalists press release will be available in print and digital form for media and retailers in attendance.

  Winners of the 2012 Carol Awards will be announced at the Awards Gala during ACFW’s annual conference September 20-23 in Dallas, Texas. ACFW’s highly respected conference is the largest conference exclusively focused on Christian fiction.
