2024 Conference Sponsorship
Looking for access to industry experts and those who love books and publishing? As a sponsor of the 2024 ACFW conference, your company will maximize your marketing dollars. You’ll reap visibility and catch the attention of hundreds of conference attendees—all readers and writers of Christian fiction. This is your opportunity to strategically place your brand in front of those active in the publishing world, who are first and foremost readers and consumers of your company’s products!
The ACFW conference provides various levels of sponsorship:
Diamond Level - $4000.00
- Company logo on the Conference Website pages. Initial pages are already live on the website providing your company with up to several months of logo visibility.
- Full-page color ad in a prime location in the ACFW Conference Program. The program is distributed to as many as 700 people onsite, available for post-conference download for all ACFW members (nearly 3,000) and released to media outlets during the year.
- 20 slides or 4 commercials/book trailers (up to 2 minutes each) presentations per day, of your choice for promotional purposes to run during the time leading up to and after general sessions. The Conference schedule includes several times/days in which the presentations will run.
- One free conference registration (four days of conference attendance, all conference meals included) for your one representative of choice.
- Invitation for two to a private honorees reception held on Thursday afternoon.
- Display table in the general conference area to display information about your company. This could include, but is not limited to, your company’s upcoming new releases, features of your company’s authors, etc. This space is reserved only for display purposes.
- Opportunity to provide books/bookmarks/handouts, etc of your choosing at one of the scheduled conference meals. (First come, first served basis)
- Opportunity to provide books/bookmarks, etc in conjunction with ACFW STORYFEST (reader event)
- Logo included in ACFW STORYFEST memory booklet
- Opportunity to purchase gala tickets at cost ($175.00) for additional representatives and/or employees
- Ability to “reserve” TWO tables (for up to 10 registered attendees per each table) for the awards banquet
Platinum Level - $3500.00

Conference attendees are advised to use due diligence and take personal responsibility when choosing industry professionals with whom to schedule appointments or enter into agreement.
